Jackie and Kathy Hayes have been a part of Redeemer from its beginning in 2014. Jackie is a retired pastor, having served 4 Southern Baptist churches over 35 years of pastoral ministry. He graduated from the University of South Florida as well as Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX. He is currently serving as a Chaplain with Community Hospice and Palliative Care in Northeast Florida. After homeschooling their three daughters for nine years, Kathy graduated from the University of North Florida, enjoyed a fulfilling career as an educator at Yulee Elementary, retiring in 2021. She is currently involved in many capacities in the women's ministry at Redeemer. They also serve Redeemer as Community Group leaders. They have been married since December, 1978 and are the parents of three daughters and the grandparents of 12. Jackie enjoys supply preaching as well as an occasional round of golf. Kathy enjoys gardening, painting and being Mimi to her grandchildren.

Pastor Daniel joined Redeemer as an Elder in 2024, having previously planted two churches in Chicago. Daniel and his wife Kate have 3 children, Benjamin, Laura Grace, and Clara.

Ernie and Robyn have served at Redeemer for five years, with Ernie serving as Deacon for the past two years. Ernie is an author and an ordained minister and has served in men’s ministry for over twenty years. He founded the Family Driven Softball League, Robyn’s Hope, Christian Men’s Association of North Florida and Encourage Ministries. Married to Robyn for 48 years, they have two adult daughters, both with Masters degrees. One is a school principal in California and the other is a Family Nurse Practitioner here locally. They are blessed with five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Ernie's hobbies are Music, Football & Baseball and his passion is helping men become the man God is calling them to be.
