Meet Our Team
People who love Jesus and serve His church
At Redeemer Community Church, leadership is shared by a plurality of elders and a team of deacons, along with many servant-hearted volunteers. Together, they pray, teach, shepherd, and serve so that the gospel can be clearly seen and heard in our church family each week.
Lead Pastor
Aaron Bell
Aaron serves as the primary preaching and teaching pastor at Redeemer, helping our church stay anchored in God’s Word and focused on making disciples. He loves walking with people through the Scriptures, equipping families to follow Jesus together, and seeing Christ’s grace at work in ordinary life. When he’s not studying or meeting with people, you’ll likely find him with his family or enjoying a quiet moment with a good book and a cup of coffee.
